Your Therapy Journey

Step 1 — Book a consultation call

Begin your journey by scheduling a personalized consultation call. This is an opportunity for us to better understand your unique goals and challenges, and for you to ask questions and learn if my approach aligns well with what you want help with.

Step 2 — Schedule a first session

The first session lays the groundwork for our partnership in your therapeutic journey. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space where you feel heard and understood so that we can set and pursue meaningful objectives from the very beginning. I will ask questions to learn more about you, your history, and share my thoughts about how we can move forward together to achieve your goals.

Step 3 — Meet weekly

In our weekly sessions, we’ll dive deep into your relationship dynamics, uncovering growth opportunities and tackling challenges head-on. From week to week, sessions can span a range from addressing unresolved traumas that limit you to coaching on specific skills for communicating and asserting yourself in relationships. Our journey together is paced for your comfort and focused on achieving the milestones you've set out for.

Step 4 — Celebrate milestones

Along our journey, we’ll take moments to celebrate your progress and victories, big and small. Achieving your therapy goals includes recognizing the growth throughout the process. Once you’ve reached your goals, we’ll decide on a plan together to graduate you out of therapy, ensuring that you are equipped with the tools and confidence to maintain your gains and build on them.
